Pre-Opening: Market analysis, assistance with site research (2-day visit to market to review with owner included), review of business lease with recommendations made, space planning floor plan layout prepared, and assistance with securing financing using a loan packager and introduction to lenders that we have a relationship with. 3-4 day visit to your center to set-up the store, get equipment set up and talking to one another, assistance recruiting, qualifying, hiring an outside sales rep and other staff in the store. Training at our campus in Cypress for you?re outside sales rep at our next Direct Sales Training class (airfare and lodging included). Lodging, continental breakfast and lunch provided weekdays during initial training. Ongoing workshops and conferences provided. Opening: Teleappointment program to set appointments for outside sales rep, 3 mailings to 3,000 local businesses, and blitz of 500 businesses surrounding the store. 4 to 5 days training your staff in your center regarding workflow, customer service and operational procedures, working out any challenges, 2 to 3 day visit to store to manage Sales Blitz, $300 a month reimbursement to have a CPA to prepare financial statements for your first six months. Ongoing: 3-day visit after being open 6 weeks and another after 2 day visit after being open 4 months. First year subscription to creative artwork for marketing program Workshops and seminars on our 120-acre campus going on monthly.
